**Job Title: Pre-K Teacher**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the educational standards and cater to the individual needs of each child.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
- Engage children in various activities that promote social, physical, and academic growth, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, and group activities.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers through conferences and communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to education and address the needs of the developmental stage.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to effective learning and creativity.
- Continuously update personal teaching practices by attending professional development sessions and incorporating innovative teaching strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Associate's degree (Preferred) or High school Diploma.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with children and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
